I have been wearing these shoes for about a week . They are very comfortable and seem to be well made. I love the color and especially the wide toe box. I wear 8.5 US size so I ordered size 39 . They are a tiny bit short. I'm planning to get another pair in a different color and will order size 40. I did see online that this brand runs a bit small. It was easy to track the shipping, I got them from Cina to my house in the US in just 9 days. Free shipping, too!

I’ve been wearing barefoot style shoes since about 2014, after years of trying inserts, arch supports, rigid shoes, orthopedic shoes, ankle braces, knee braces, and combinations of all those. The pain just got worse. Barefoot shoes saved my feet. THESE barefoot shoes are better than I could have hoped. More room for my toes than the brand I’ve been buying for years. Super comfy, with just the right amount of cushion in the sole. Extremely soft, but still supportive. Not so sure this model’s little woven/waffle mesh thing was a great move on my end, but I’m very happy with these overall. Sizing: I almost always wear a US woman’s 7 and these are perfect.

First of all, I love this brand of shoes! I'm returning this paticular pair that I purchased due to the fact that the tread is a much redder color than I anticipated and the highlighted features (which I thought would be a sage green) are really just a darker shade of beige.

I really needed a sports shoe that would have a great grip on courts. THESE ARE PERFECT!!! I prefer “barefoot” style shoes & sandals, and I mostly wear sandals (Lunas or Xero). I enjoy playing tennis & pickleball, and hated having to wear bulky heel court shoes that caused me a few injuries. I sourced a few brands that had large toe box; zero drop. These were by far the best price. I figured that if they didn’t have enough grip, they would still be good everyday shoes. They have amazing grip. An added bonus is that they are wide enough to wear with my correct toes toe spacers. I want to make sure that I have healthy strong feet and balance throughout my life. Wash: Machine wash cold- works great. I bought the white color-they look like new after washing them. Dry: line dry. They do take a bit of time to dry, so I am buying a second pair.

Super comfortable and durable! I had surgery on my foot a couple months ago, my doctor kept telling me to get something supportive. So after trying three other shoes and spending almost $400 in shoes later, I bought these. The wide tow box is amazing! These are true to size. I normally wear a 9 wide in Nike, Hokas, and new balance. I actually ordered the 8 and the 9 in this, and returned the 8. The 9 was perfect.

In the market for barefoot shoes after four foot surgeries (2 per foot). The surgeries were needed after decades in pointy and ill fitting shoes. After recovery I began physical therapy to regain function in my feet, and that’s when the physical therapist introduced me to the world of proper foot function. It started with exercises to target specific muscles and stretches and toe spacers to realign the fascia the way it’s originally intended. Then I thought hmm, I’m doing all this work only to cram it back in socks and shoes that created that very issue. What sealed the deal on changing my approach to feet ware was a video on toe spacers and how it lets the feet function how it’s intended. And in this video, the man records his baby’s foot and how natural the toes spread out and wiggle independently of one another. And as the baby prepares to start walking they spread and stretch their feet even more. So the final point was feet are supposed to be tactical pliable like hands and fingers, but modern shoes hamper this ability that even babies instinctually know is important. So back to the shoes. These are the first shoes I’ve tried in the barefoot market and they’re are the widest and most pliable so far. I pair them with toe socks for increased freedom and know that no matter where I walk I can wiggle my toes, flex my arches, and feel the ground at any point in time. Oh and they look great with most clothes, including work clothes if your office attire is relaxed enough to pull off. I’ve also tried them in 30 degree weather with wool toe socks and they were still able to keep the soles comfortable and warm. We’ll see how they perform as winter progresses. I plan to try other barefoot shoes later on. But if you want to take a plunge into this market, I recommend this shoe as an introduction due to the performance, style, and relatively low price point.

This is at least the third or fourth time I've bought the Sage Hobibears in size 39. I re-purchased the light grey and am trying a taupe for the first time - both great colours. I'm finding the way they are made has changed though. The tongue seems to be very short and crumples up in the direction of my toes. Unfortunately, this is uncomfortable and looks awful. I'd be grateful for knowing more about the change and if there's anything I can do to alleviate the crumpling. Thank you :-)
