Love my new sandals. As you can see from the begining of the video they are my second pair. Video is me watering patio plants in new purchase. Same great quality, looks and comfort as my first pair (which is showing no wear after two and a half seasons of gardening).

The sizing length wise is a bit too long for me. They don't fit the same as the shoes I have and with flip flops, I hate having a lot of room in front and on my heel. They fit my daughter who has a size 10 women's (US) foot better so she has inherited them. I also wish you made different styles of sandals and not just flip flops.

I bought size 10 but they were a little big so I gave them away and ordered a 9.5 they fit really good, so I bought a brown pair and a tan pair!! So comfortable.

The return process is extremely difficult. No way you guys compare to the other quality, no hassle, returns made easy as the big brands do. I don't need customer relations continually stalling and making it impossible to return an item. You lost a customer on this one.

I have wide feet and high arches. At first, the shoe felt a bit tight with thick socks on but a week later they fit nicely. I prefer a shoe that doesn't make the slapping noise when walking and I can run without losing it. I have another larger pair that i put on when lounging. These shoes have a nice, thick cushioning heel and sole. VERY comfortable, unlike the flat sandals you may see on the beach.
